Terms & Conditions - Vitawake Affiliate Programme Affiliates - an Affiliate is a user that is issued a unique coupon code and a referral link. Affiliates earn 3% commission on a total order value every time the referral link or coupon code is used by a Customer. This commission is added to an Affiliate’s account as credit. Affiliates can withdraw credit as ‘Payouts’ once the credit on the account has reached a minimum value of £10. Affiliates will receive payouts via PayPal. It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure correct details are added to the Affiliate Account to ensure successful Payouts. Affiliates will not receive commission if they use their own referral link or coupon to make a purchase. Affiliates will not receive commission if they use other Affiliates referral links or coupon codes. Coupon codes can only be used on total order values and not on specific products or services. Coupon codes cannot be used on subscription renewals. Customer - a Customer is a user that makes a purchase on the Website using an Affiliates coupon code and/or referral link. Customers receive 10% off their total order of value £20 or more by using an Affiliates coupon code. Affiliate Coupon Codes will not work on order values of less than £20. Gifts - A Gift is a free product, service or coupon issued to an Affiliate by Vitawake. A Gift is a way for Vitawake to show their appreciation to loyal brand supporters, customers and affiliates. A Gift is issued once an Affiliate’s coupon code has been used a certain amount of times. Specific Gifts are awarded once per Affiliate. For example, for the first 5 uses of the Affiliate’s coupon code, Gift ‘A’ will be awarded to the Affiliate. The Affiliate will not receive Gift ‘A’ again at any point. Gift ‘B’ is awarded for the next 15 uses of the Affiliate’s coupon code. This means the Affiliate will receive Gift ‘B’ only after a total of 20 coupon uses. Gifts are awarded entirely by email. Affiliates will receive an email by Vitawake Rewards Team to congratulate them of the Gift. The Gift will be issued from the date of this email. Vitawake take no responsibility if the email has not been opened or seen by the Affiliate, or if the email has been directed to the Affiliate’s junk box or spam folder. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to check the status of their coupon usage and if a usage target has been met, Affiliates should regularly check inbox and junk/spam folders to see if a Gift has been awarded.
