You should understand that by ordering any of our Products or using any Service (“our Service”) from our Websites, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, thus incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”).

 

This Agreement applies to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

 

Please read this Agreement carefully before using or accessing our Website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Online Store Terms / General Conditions

 

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are age 18 or above and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

 

Due to the nature of the internet, we cannot prohibit those under the age of 18 from visiting our Website. However, all purchases of Products or Services on our Website must be made by adults of age 18 or above, and all users who register with our Website must be age 18 or above.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

 

You may not use our Products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (included but not limited to copyright laws.)

 

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

3.1. Products - Vitamin Plans

​

Vitamin Plans consist of a 28-day supply of a mixture of supplements, packaged and sealed in letter-box friendly packaging with purchase options available as subscription (discounted) or one-time purchase. Vitamin Plans are available as pre-built options or as a personalised, bespoke option that is generated by our Wellness Team. For subscriptions, there is no cancellation period. Customers can cancel subscriptions at any time. Vitamin Packs for Vitamin Plan Subscriptions will be sent out to Customers once full payment has been received.

If, on delivery, the seal of the box is opened or tampered with, please contact us immediately at orders@vitawake.co.uk.

3.2. Products - EcoTubes

​

EcoTubes consist of a large quantity of one type of supplement packaged in card tubes. EcoTubes can be purchased as subscription (discounted) or one-time purchase. For Subscription EcoTubes, the first order will be as delivered to Customers in an EcoTube (supplements packaged in a card tube), with all recurring orders to be sent in EcoRefill Pouches (compostable ziplock pouches).

3.3. Products - Accessories

Accessories are listed as one-time purchase items.

3.4. Service - Health Pro Consultation

​

Customers can book a Health Pro Consultation ("Consultation") to speak with a nutritionist or pharmacist to help better understand what Products are better suggested for them. Health Pro's will discuss personal health, ask questions about diet, lifestyle, exercise, and prescription medication you take. You should not purchase this Service if you prefer not to discuss or answer questions on these topics.

 

This is a paid Service.

We reserve the right to cancel or change the date and time of your booking up to 12 hours before your Consultation session. Before we initiate a cancellation, we will always propose an alternative date and time to change and reschedule your session. If, the proposed date or time for a rescheduled session is not acceptable, we will initiate a cancellation refund within 24 hours. The refund can take up to 5 working days to arrive in you bank account.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before a Consultation, you may still be charged the full fee of the session. If you do not attend the Consultation, without informing us prior, you will be charged the full fee of the Consultation. Refunds will be initiated for all Consultation cancellations if the cancellation is made before 24 hours to the session.

All information gathered and discussed during the session of the Consultation is kept confidential and private between the consultant and the participant. This information may be used by another pharmacist or nutritionist as part of our Wellness Team if you require further assistance and support from us in the future. By agreeing to participate in a Consultation, you agree to the Terms of this Service.

4. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

4.1 Product Images

Products and its packaging may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display our Products accurately, your Product may vary slightly from these images. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

 

4.2 Product Description

Our Website contains descriptions of food supplements and vitamins. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with the descriptions of the supplements and/or vitamins that are made available to you through the Services. However, we make no warranties that the product descriptions and any other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a Product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
